Our orders are shipped direct from our UK Warehouse.
- Please note that prices are quoted NET of VAT as goods are shipped from the UK to Australia & New Zealand and as such should not be liable for GST or Customs duties
- Orders for up to £50/$90 AUD will be charged from £20.95/$37 AUD
- All AUD & NZ orders over £50 net of VAT (or $90 AUD equivalent, approximately ) will qualify for FREE international shipping via Royal Mail or FEDEX (depending on package size)
- Postage to Australia will be via Royal Mail Tracked International Parcel, DPD or FEDEX and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

If your order contains any items on pre-order, we will hold your whole order until everything is in stock. We do indicate this on the basket page and your confirmation email so double check there if your order has some pre-order items.
