Our orders are shipped direct from our UK Warehouse.
- Please note that prices are quoted NET of VAT as goods are shipped from the UK to Australia & New Zealand and as such should not be liable for GST or Customs duties
- Postage to Australia will be via Royal Mail Tracked International Parcel, DPD or FEDEX and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
Worldwide shipping is has a parcel weight limit of 2kg per parcel. If your order is heavier than 2kg you will need to place separate orders.
The cost of international shipping is based on the total weight of your order. The site will automatically calculate the fee based on the items in your basket. If you add or remove items the shipping cost will alter.
We've tried to find the most cost-effective ways to ship your items to you - whilst ensuring that they arrive safe and sound and in a timely manner.
If your order contains any items on pre-order, we will hold your whole order until everything is in stock. We do indicate this on the basket page and your confirmation email so double check there if your order has some pre-order items.
