How absorbent are Cheeky period sleep shorts?
We estimate that our cotton period pads are as absorbent as four regular tampons worth of blood or two disposable pads. That makes them perfect for sleeping in so you can rest easy for up to 12 hours.

Machine wash cold (maximum 30 degrees) and then hang dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener or put them in the tumble dryer.

- soak in cold water before washing
- use a squirt of stain spray
- wash at 30 c on a longer cycle (warm washing sets blood stains and can damage your pads)
- add a scoop of stain powder if necessary
- line dry, reshape whilst damp
- wash dark colours separately
